Sapphic Effect is built around community participation.

Users may contribute content such as:

• Reviews
• Ratings
• Comments
• Fan theories
• Lists and collections
• Other community submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you post does not violate the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Harass or threaten others.
• Post hateful or discriminatory content.
• Upload illegal or infringing material.
• Share malware or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Spam or engage in deceptive practices.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Use Sapphic Effect for unlawful purposes.

Sapphic Effect may offer optional paid memberships.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.
• Billing is handled through our payment provider.
• Membership benefits may change as the platform evolves.
• Prices may change with advance notice.
• Canceling a membership prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or stated in our refund policy.

Purchases made through the Sapphic Effect store are subject to our Merchandise Refund Policy.

Shipping is initially available within the United States. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

The Sapphic Effect name, branding, logos, graphics, original articles, designs, software, and other original content are owned by Sapphic Effect or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Sapphic Effect uses trusted third-party services to operate parts of the platform, including services for authentication, hosting, analytics, and payment processing.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

Depending on the circumstances, we may issue warnings before taking action, but we reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts immediately in cases involving serious misconduct or threats to the safety of the community.

We strive to keep Sapphic Effect available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform or perform maintenance.

Sapphic Effect is provided “as is” and “as available.”

While we work hard to provide accurate information and a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every user's expectations.
